The Children's Trust Fund will be honoring Rep. Kay Khan at their Steps of Hope event on Wednesday, April 6th at 2pm at the Grand Staircase. This award is given annually to legislators who have shown outstanding commitment to child abuse prevention, and helped in improving the lives of children across the Commonwealth.
As House Chair of the Joint Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities, much of Rep. Khan's work focuses on the safety and protection of children. Child abuse and neglect is a central priority for Representative Khan. |
