Rep. Khan's Bills Released from Public Health

Representative Khan is pleased to announce that two of her bills, H.1494 An Act relative to foods containing artificial trans fat and H.2368 An Act relative to certified professional midwives were released with favorable reports from the Joint Committee on Public Health last week.

Both pieces of legislation are critical public health issues that Representative Khan has worked passionately on over the years. She will continue to push for the passage of both bills in this legislative session.
