H 2369 An act relative to enhancing the practice of nurse midwives

This bill allows for those certified midwives to issue written prescriptions, order and interpret tests, and therapeutics (This is a new bill. This bill was enacted by the House and the Senate and laid before the Governor on January 23, 2012. It was signed into law on February 2, 2012.)
