H 1494 An Act relative to foods containing artificial trans fat

This bill bans the use of trans fats in any food sold in the Commonwealth except pre packaged foods sold directly to the consumer. It gives the local department of health they authority to enforce this law within its jurisdiction (This is a new bill. It currently sits in the House Committee on Health Care Financing.)
