H 1421 An Act relative to juvenile mental health

This legislation establishes and interagency council responsible for establishing and administering alternatives to detention for court involved youth with mental or behavioral health needs. (This is a refile of H. 1937 filed in the 2009-2010 Legislative Session. It currently sits in the House Committee on Health Care Financing.)
