H 1420 An Act Relative to Bridgewater State Hospital

This legislation requires the medical director at Bridgewater State Hospital to make every effort to obtain accreditation by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO). (This is a refile of H. 1936 filed in the 2009-2010 Legislative Session. It currently sits in the House Committee on Health Care Financing.)
