H 1331 An Act to provide certain information to victims of domestic violence

This legislation directs responding police officers to provide likely victims of domestic abuse with a pamphlet describing signs of domestic abuse and information on where to find help. (This bill is a priority of the MA Sheriffs' Association and a refile of H. 1331 filed in the 2009-2010 Legislative Session. It currently sits in the Joint Committee on the Judiciary.)
