H 2831 An Act regarding the classifications system for prisoners in the Commonwealth

This bill would establish that no less than eighty percent of the offenders who have served eighty percent or more of their correctional period be moved to a minimum security facility or pre-release facility, and that there be a validated, objective point-based classification system (This is a refile of H. 1485 filed in the 2009-2010 Legislative session).
