H 1398 An Act establishing paid sick days

This legislation requires all Massachusetts employers provide their full time employees with 7 paid sick days annually. Part time employees would accrue sick time proportional to the time they worked. (This is a refile of H. 1815 filed in the 2009-2010 Legislative Session.)
